The Source: A Guidebook Of American Genealogy

The Source (3rd Ed.), a reference book for individuals as well as research collections, provides huge amounts of materials for amateur as well as professional genealogists. In fact, in and of itself, it gives a history of the people who were and are “America.”
And, when one is not using it, The Source makes a great bookend! Rating: 5 / 5
This is a great book for anyone reseaching their family no matter what your level of experience is. Rating: 5 / 5
This book is an excellent source for genealogical investigation.
My only complaint is that it arrived slightly damaged (a crushed front cover corner). Rating: 5 / 5
Tons of info, easy to use, very useful. I’m not saying it’s the best out there (I haven’t seen them all), but this has an awful lot of useful info. Nicely organized, easy to use, good stuff. Rating: 5 / 5
Have already benefited from the section showing what state have that have ital records Online. It is one resource recommended as a priority in building a personal home genealogy research library. Will recommend in my Genealogy organization for others to consider using this source for purchase. Rating: 5 / 5
